Today's stage was all about keeping the yellow jersey. We wanted to let a group of 3-5 riders go away at the start, but instead a group of 13 riders got away after about 10km. We decided not to give them too much time, always riding at a steady, high pace. The whole team did a great job, all working impressively. The race was hard for us, but for our competitors as well. Tomorrow is a similarly hard stage, but with the great team I have here I am confident that we'll be able to keep the race under control tomorrow as well.
Relaxing and watching today's stage
