Beginning of December Fredrik went to Montecatini, Italy for the first "get together" with his new team Astana.
The team set the progam for the riders, new material was tested and the new riders introduced in the group.
Fredrik's first race in the new Astana jersey will be in Algarve, Portugal end of February.
